I know that what most people need is not more technology, but someone who will listen carefully, explain things clearly, and work through it with them in a practical and unhurried way. It is something I care about deeply, having been through this process with my own mother, I know first-hand how much of a difference it makes to have things properly organised so you feel confident and secure online. As a child, I remember going into the bank with my grandparents, handing over a small pocket book where every transaction was written by hand. We’d speak to the person behind the counter, ask questions, and leave knowing everything had been done properly. Today, many of these everyday services have moved online, often without that same sense of clarity or support. I’ve spent my career immersed in technology, running software companies and advising organisations through constant change. I understand these systems and how to make them work properly for the people using them.
Over time, I saw how everyday administrative tasks became harder for my grandparents to manage, with responsibility shifting to others. As more of these tasks have moved online, that change has only accelerated. I started this service to help people stay in control of their digital lives, with clear, trusted support so things are done safely, properly and with confidence.
